Cytomax
Cytomax is a recent team (2021) that develops methods and uses flow cytometry to study immune-mediated diseases, including autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiencies.
The Cytomax group plays a role in the INSERM research unit as it is involved in research programs in interaction with the teams of the U1109 unit (virology, vesicles, immuno-rheumatology).
From a global point of view, the mission of cytomax is to
- Support internal projects
- To provide services. Cytomax is able to offer cell sorting services as well as high content phenotyping.
Our cytometry equipment consists of
– 5 Laser Spectral Analyzer Aurora Cytek TM
– Aurora Cytek TM 5 laser spectral cell sorter (6 sorting channels/plate)
– Miltenyi Octo Dissociator
– PC analysis using FlowJo X and OMIQ software
The configuration of the analyzer and the sorter in mirror allows the sorting (via MFI protocol transfer) of the analyzed populations on the sorter.
The sorter under PSM also allows to clone cells in 96-well plate or RT-PCR.
